Shipping + Processing times:
Orders will be shipped within 6 business days of placing your order, meaning from the day you place your order I have 6 days to make and package your order, then it will be shipped out to you!! Orders usually arrive within 5 business days of shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it is out of my control and in the hands of of USPS! :)
All orders over $80 will have free shipping - no code needed. Orders including glass cups will be $9. This covers the costs of all the packaging needed to make sure your new glass cup doesn't break on the way to you, and also the weight of the entire package since they are heavy items!! All other orders will be a $6 shipping rate!
For all international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Milk & Honey Boutique to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Milk & Honey Boutique may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee/buyer will pay the taxes & duties (if any apply) in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Glassware, accessories, and jewelry are unable for returns or exchanges. Clothing is eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for getting the return label. We are unable to offer exchanges due to the constant change of our stock. Any return will receive a store credit of costs of items.
Please reach out if you have any questions before ordering to ensure no issues. Orders cannot be changed after they’ve been processed, which includes canceling your order, but we get that mistakes can sometimes happen. If something has changed about your order, reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP so we can catch it before it ships! (mistakes are incorrect addresses, wrong quantity ordered, etc) If a package gets returned to us for an incorrect address you will receive an invoice for the new shipping charge which must be paid before sending back out!
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of the delivered date with a description and pictures.

For glass cups + cup accessories please hand wash only in cold/lukewarm water and do not scrub or wash the outside of the glass. Do not soak.
